MLR is seeking a full-time, permanent Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a direct-hire opportunity within a highly collaborative healthcare team in New Mexico!
Key Responsibilities for Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP):
- Deliver comprehensive primary care services, diagnosing and treating a wide range of acute and chronic conditions for patients of all ages.
- This clinic-based role emphasizes patient-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and medical histories.
- Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure well-coordinated, quality care.
- Accurately maintain patient records, ensuring compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.
- Adhere to all state and federal healthcare laws and practice standards.
Qualifications for Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP):
- Completion of an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program.
- Active Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in New Mexico.
- National NP certification from ANCC or AANP is mandatory.
- Current DEA certification is required.
- Ideally, 1+ year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, though new grads are welcome to apply.
