ICU Registered Nurse - RN 

Permanent Full Time / Night Shift / Sign On Bonus Available 

MLR is currently seeking a skilled and empathetic ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client’s dedicated healthcare team. In this critical role, you will provide advanced care to patients experiencing severe, life-threatening conditions.

Key Responsibilities of an ICU RN:

• Deliver expert nursing care to critically ill patients, including continuous monitoring, assessment, and modification of care plans as required.
• Administer medications, treatments, and advanced life support interventions with precision, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care strategies.
• Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, such as ventilators, monitoring systems, and life-support apparatus.
• Provide clear communication to patients’ families, offering support, education, and updates on the patient’s status.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all care provided in the patient’s medical records, in line with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of New Mexico.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required within 2 weeks of hire.
• Previous ICU or critical care experience is highly preferred.
