MLR is thrilled to invite an experienced and dedicated House Supervisor to join our client’s team at a premier healthcare facility near Albuquerque, NM!

Key Responsibilities for House Supervisor:

• Oversee daily hospital operations to ensure a safe, high-quality environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
• Act as a key resource and point of contact for nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and resolve any issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage staff assignments, address any immediate staffing needs, and maintain optimal workflow.
• Support clinical staff with high-priority cases and maintain open communication with department leaders.
• Oversee incident reporting, patient safety, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications for House Supervisor:

• Active RN license in New Mexico.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred; supervisory experience required.
• Current ACLS, BLS and PALS required.
• Previous leadership experience in acute care or hospital supervision is required.
• NRP, TNCC preferred - must obtain within 6 months of hire.
