Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
MLR is looking for a full-time, permanent Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a highly collaborative healthcare team in New Mexico for a direct-hire opportunity!
Key Responsibilities for Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP):
- Provide comprehensive primary care services by diagnosing and treating a variety of acute and chronic conditions for patients of all ages.
- This clinic-based position emphasizes patient-centered care in a supportive environment.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and medical histories.
- Work alongside physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.
- Follow all state and federal healthcare laws and practice standards.
Qualifications for Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP):
- Completion of an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program.
- Active Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in New Mexico.
- National NP certification from ANCC or AANP is required.
- Current DEA certification is essential.
- Ideally, 1+ year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
