Ambulatory Quality Program Manager - RN
Located in: North Central New Mexico
Schedule: Full-Time

As an Ambulatory Quality Program Manager, you will lead quality and performance improvement initiatives across outpatient settings, ensuring high standards of patient care. Under the direction of the Director of Quality and Executive Director of Ambulatory Nursing, you will collaborate with clinical leaders to standardize workflows, enhance compliance, and implement evidence-based practices. Supporting clinic managers and directors, you will drive policy integration, staff education, and continuous quality improvement. Quality Program Manager Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement quality improvement initiatives within ambulatory care services.
- Evaluate patient care processes to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices.
- Work closely with nursing staff, physicians, and leadership to enhance quality and safety.
- Analyze clinical data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and conduct training programs to support nursing staff in quality efforts.
- Assist in policy development, risk management, and accreditation processes.
Role Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
- Active RN license in New Mexico or Compact state.
- BLS certification required; certification in quality or risk management preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in ambulatory or clinical settings, with at least 2 years in quality improvement.
- Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and leadership abilities.
- Experience in regulatory compliance, performance improvement, and evidence-based practices.
