What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you will do so much more than treat conditions; you’ll be the catalyst that helps rebuild routines, restore confidence, and reawaken joy in everyday living. From assisting stroke survivors in fine motor skills rehabilitation to guiding orthopedic patients as they regain mobility post-surgery, you’ll pour your expertise into delivering individualized care that nurtures resilience and fosters independence.
This is not a workplace for mundane tasks or checkboxes. Here, each patient has a narrative, and every therapy session is a chapter in their remarkable journey. You will collaborate with fellow therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to co-design rehabilitation plans that reflect the unique stories of the individuals you serve.
Why You'll Enjoy the Team — and the Irresistible Location
We have cultivated a truly exceptional environment here. Our rehabilitation team works together in a way that goes beyond the ordinary — we uplift each other, exchange knowledge, and celebrate victories, both large and small. You’ll be a part of a workplace where your contributions are valued, your growth is nurtured, and your impact is felt every single day.
And let’s not forget the stunning backdrop: New Mexico, a land where beauty knows no bounds and innovation thrives. Say goodbye to urban sprawl — here, the landscape is punctuated by spiraling mesas, mesmerizing sunsets, and serene open spaces perfect for weekend explorations.
The local culture bursts with creativity and flavor. Experience tantalizing cuisine from food trucks offering impressive variations of traditional New Mexican dishes to artisan cafés with locally roasted coffee. You’ll stroll through neighborhoods lined with artisan shops, vibrant galleries, and markets where local artisans showcase their masterpieces. And while the community attracts thinkers and dreamers alike, it maintains a laid-back pace that fosters genuine connections, leisurely hikes, and starlit evenings.
Who We're Searching For
We’re in search of a professional who views occupational therapy as a vocation rather than a mere job. We want someone who radiates enthusiasm when a patient achieves a newfound ability, walks with greater ease, or shares a previously unexpressed thought.
Whether you’re an accomplished OTR/L or a newly certified star on the rise, you’ll thrive in our environment if you bring authenticity, commitment, and empathy to your practice. If you envision a fulfilling career that intertwines high-quality patient care with an enriching lifestyle — you have found your match.
Let’s Create Something Meaningful — Together
This is your opportunity to become part of something that goes beyond a mere title. What you do here will have the power to shape lives, spark recoveries, and restore what has been lost. And all of this transpires in a region that embodies the perfect balance of ambition and serenity.
If you’re ready to grow professionally, give back to others, and root yourself in a community that embraces connection — we can’t wait to welcome you on board.
