Requirements for the Physical Therapist:

• Education: Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Experience: Familiarity with Epic software is advantageous.
• Licensure: Must hold or be eligible for Physical Therapist licensure in New Jersey.
• Certification: BLS certification is required.
