MLR is partnering with a premier 5-Star Physical Therapy center to find an enthusiastic and dedicated Physical Therapist to join their team.
Responsibilities of a Physical Therapist:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide educational support to patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and customized home exercise programs.
- Maintain precise documentation of patient progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications of a Physical Therapist:
- Possession of a valid Physical Therapist license in New Jersey or eligibility for licensure.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Completion of accredited Physical Therapy program, holding a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in the field.
- Proficiency in Epic software preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in OASIS documentation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
