MLR is assisting a premier 5-Star Physical Therapy center in their search for an enthusiastic and committed Physical Therapist to become a valued member of their team.
 

Responsibilities of a Physical Therapist:

• Perform thorough assessments of patients' physical capabilities and devise individualized treatment strategies.
• Offer educational support to patients and their families regarding injury prevention, rehabilitation methodologies, and tailored home exercise regimens.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, adhering to regulatory standards.

Qualifications of a Physical Therapist:

• Possession of a valid Physical Therapist license in New Jersey or eligibility for licensure.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Completion of accredited Physical Therapy program, holding a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in the field.
• Proficiency in Epic software preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in OASIS documentation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
