Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients’ needs and formulate personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional ambitions
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to improve patients’ motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure well-rounded care
• Guide Patients and Caregivers: Teach patients and their families therapy methods to empower continued progress at home
• Track Progress and Adjust Plans: Monitor clinical outcomes meticulously and adapt treatment as necessary, ensuring patients stay on their paths to recovery

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Encouragement and support for continued education or post-graduate certifications

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
