Registered Nurse - Med / Surg

Responsibilities:

• Utilize critical thinking skills within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Coordinate and deliver patient care, including health assessments and medication administration.
• Be accountable for nursing care from admission to patient discharge.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Demonstrate practical teaching skills with colleagues and patient families.
• Integrate quality improvement data into clinical practice.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing with current licensure in the State of New Jersey.
• AHA – CPR Certification required.
• Med/Surg experience preferred.
• ACLS and dysrhythmia certification to be completed within 6 months of hire.
