Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description:
Utilizing the standards set forth for nursing practice, the extended care and rehab registered nurse (RN) will organize, modify, evaluate, document and maintain the plan of care for patients. It will include individualized, family centered, holistic, supportive, and safe care.
Job Responsibilities for a Registered Nurse (RN):

• Performs technical skills safely and accurately, and demonstrates a working knowledge of equipment
• Monitor patient’s condition, notes changes in status, utilizes judgment and takes appropriate action
• Able to continuously anticipate, intervene, prioritize and evaluate the patient's condition and requirements according to the patient's health care needs
• Must demonstrate or quickly adapt knowledge and skills related to the use of appropriate hospital equipment and computer programs
• RN duties in an acute setting as required
• Revises plan of care, as necessary based on daily evaluation of patient
• Evaluates patient's outcome based on previously defined goals

RN / Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree or BSN required
• Experience preferred
• New Jersey State Licensure
