- Maintain and operate laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
- Adhere to quality control and quality assurance protocols to uphold the highest standards of patient care.
- Analyze and interpret test results to provide crucial information for patient diagnosis and treatment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or equivalent.
- ASCP Certification.
- State of New Jersey Medical Technologist License.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
