What the work involves:

• Obtaining vital signs, temperature, pulse, height, weight and blood pressure, intakes and outputs,
• Documenting in patient’s electronic medical record.
• Assisting patients with activities of daily living.
• Assisting the RN – tasks delegated by their direct care RN.
• Assisting other LNAs with designated assignments.
• Assisting with discharges/admissions.
