MLee Healthcare is looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic Therapy team at a reputable hospital in Vermont.
Position Overview: As a Physical Therapist, you'll work within a multidisciplinary team dedicated to patient rehabilitation and wellness. Your responsibilities will include evaluating and treating patients with various conditions, implementing therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, enhance function, and support overall health.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create tailored treatment plans.
- Apply therapeutic exercises and modalities to achieve desired patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Instruct patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
- Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Hold or be eligible for Vermont state licensure.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in neurological rehabilitation is preferred.
