MLR is seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing and supportive Home Health team. Speech Language Pathologist Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited program.
- Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in the State of Nebraska.
- BLS certification within 30 days of employment.
- 1+ year of experience preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply!

Speech Language Pathologist Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and therapeutic interventions for patients referred by physicians or other sources.
- Administer standardized testing and score results to assess patient communication skills.
- Provide interpretation, documentation, and patient education following assessments, including recommendations based on test outcomes.
- Develop and document individualized treatment plans in collaboration with referring physicians, updating progress notes after each session.
- Communicate regularly with physicians to report on patient progress and status.
