Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in the hospital's management team for planning, policy formulation, and administrative decision-making, focusing on the unit/department/service.
• Uphold the hospital's mission and drive the implementation of the service excellence program.
• Utilize prior experience to effectively manage a busy Operating Room, including staff assignments in collaboration with the Nurse Manager and proactive overtime management.
• Demonstrate the ability to positively influence and drive changes to enhance efficiency among managers and staff.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the multi-specialty team, including Surgeons, Anesthesia, Sterile Processing, Same Day Services, and Pre-Anesthesia Testing (PAT), regarding add-on cases and adjustments to the Block Schedule.
• Establish a structured framework within surgical services and the sterile processing department.
• Guide the Nurse Manager to foster positive influences within the department and collaborate with other departments.
