**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of nursing services, ensuring efficient and effective patient care delivery.

- Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to maintain high-quality standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance nursing services, streamline processes, and achieve operational goals.

- Monitor budgetary and financial performance, identifying areas for cost-saving opportunities without compromising patient care.

- Lead recruitment, training, and development of nursing staff, ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce.

- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures to uphold patient safety and quality of care.

- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends, implement best practices, and drive performance improvements.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa.

- Proven experience in nursing leadership and operations management within a healthcare setting.

- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement processes.
