You will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions to enhance their ability to perform daily tasks and activities.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs and capabilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to address specific goals and objectives.
- Implement evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Stay updated on advancements in occupational therapy practice through continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
- Current state License as an Occupational Therapist (Must be able to practice in South Dakota)
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
