Job Title: Full-Time Director of Surgical Services
Work Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary Range: Approximately $130,000 - $135,000

We are currently seeking a Director of Surgical Services who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple departments, including OR, PACU, Cardiac Cath Lab, Surgical Services, Endoscopy, Outpatient Surgery, and Central Sterilizing. In this role, you will be involved in planning, directing, budgeting, coordinating, evaluating, and improving the quality of these departments. Collaboration and communication with physicians, nurses, outpatient and inpatient staff, and other healthcare professionals will be crucial to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with current leadership and management experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a first-line supervisor/manager, coupled with 3 years of clinical nursing experience
Current NE RN license
MSN required or in progress
