Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental health disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and evidence-based practices.
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to clients of diverse backgrounds and ages.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment progress.
• Stay informed about current research and best practices in clinical psychology.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities and supervision sessions.

Qualifications:

• Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program.
• Completion of an APA-accredited internship or equivalent supervised clinical experience.
• Strong clinical skills and a genuine interest in providing compassionate and effective mental health care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
