Qualifications:

• BSN Required.
• Master of Science in Nursing degree (MS/MSN) preferred.
• Possess knowledge, skills, and abilities aligned with Nursing Professional Development.
• 5 years of experience as a leader or educator preferred.

Role Overview: As the Director of Nursing Professional Development, you will play a pivotal role in various aspects of professional growth and education, including:

• Supervising competency-based educational initiatives.
• Collaborating with nursing schools to enhance curricula and learning opportunities.
• Partnering with senior leadership to cultivate a culture and framework that encourages lifelong learning.
• Developing and implementing strategies to retain nursing staff.
• Overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of education programs for nursing and department support staff, addressing identified gaps in quality and performance.
