Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician - Fulltime 

Our laboratory is vital in patient care, delivering accurate and timely diagnostic results that guide treatment decisions. As an MT or MLT, you will be an essential part of the healthcare team, ensuring precision in testing and contributing to high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Perform laboratory tests to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. 
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results through strict quality control procedures. 
• Analyze specimens, interpret results, and communicate findings to healthcare providers. 
• Maintained and troubleshot laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance. 
• Follow all safety protocols and regulatory standards to maintain a clean and compliant work environment. 
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to support exceptional patient care.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field (for MT). 
• Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (for MLT). 
• ASCP or equivalent certification required. 
• Previous clinical laboratory experience is preferred but not required. 
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
