MLR Healthcare is looking for a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our healthcare team in Nebraska. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the communication and swallowing abilities of our patients, making a meaningful impact on their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Provide therapy in various settings, including clinics, schools, and home health.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support patient progress.
- Educate patients and families about communication strategies and techniques.
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist in Nebraska.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience in a clinical or educational setting is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
