MLR Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Nebraska. In this role, you will play an essential part in enhancing the communication and swallowing abilities of our patients, making a meaningful difference in their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough assessments and evaluations of speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Provide therapy in a variety of settings, including clinics, schools, and home health environments.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support patient progress.
- Educate patients and families on effective communication techniques and strategies.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and records in compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist in Nebraska.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience in clinical or educational settings is beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
