Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, MSN required or in progress
- 3 + years of clinical nursing experience
- 2 + years of experience as a first-line supervisor/manager
- Current NE RN license

- Develop and build strategic internal and external networks
- Monitor compliance with regulatory, accrediting, and hospital policy, environmental, patient, and personnel safety
- Advancing the growth agenda for surgical services
- Responsible for the fiscal management of department; assures proper utilization of organization's financial resources
- Promote consistent positive patient interactions that advance the agenda of unparalleled patient service
- Will need to perform other duties as assigned
