Qualifications:

  • Must be a registered Radiology Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • Accredited program in Radiologic
  • New or experienced as a Radiology Technologist
  • Hospital Setting
  • Certification BLS

Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and fluoroscopy, as ordered by physicians.
  • Radiology Technologists must have or be able to acquire ARRT certification.
  • Position patients accurately to obtain high-quality images while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Operate imaging equipment and make necessary adjustments to produce clear and accurate images.
  • Review images for quality and ensure all required information is properly documented.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members to interpret imaging results and assist in patient care decisions.
  • Maintain equipment, ensure proper safety protocols, and report any malfunctions or concerns.
