Job Description: Columbus Psychiatry Clinic is seeking a Licensed Independent Mental Health Provider to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct mental health services to patients diagnosed with mental and behavioral illnesses in an outpatient clinic setting. You will collaborate closely with our psychiatrist to deliver evidence-based mental health services, including evaluations, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, and documentation.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide therapeutic interventions using evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with the Psychiatrist and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
- Make appropriate referrals for healthcare, social service programs, and community resources as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions and treatment plans.
- Participate in case conferences and team meetings to review patient progress and treatment goals.
Requirements:
- Current Nebraska license as a Licensed Independent Mental Health Provider (LIMHP).
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field of mental health.
- Previous experience in providing mental health services preferred.
- Bilingual skills preferred, but not required.
