Travel Radiologic Technologist - Up to $80 / Hour

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and fluoroscopy, following established protocols.
• Position patients properly to obtain the best possible images while ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Operate and maintain radiographic equipment, ensuring proper functionality and safety standards are met.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and effective diagnostic results.
• Review images for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as necessary to achieve optimal results.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of procedures performed.
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols to minimize exposure to patients, yourself, and colleagues.
• Provide exceptional patient care by explaining procedures, addressing concerns, and maintaining a respectful and compassionate demeanor.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.
• State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Proven experience as a Radiologic Technologist in a healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of radiographic techniques, equipment operation, and patient positioning.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality images for accurate diagnosis.
• Proficiency in maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
