Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with individuals of all ages to help them overcome challenges related to their daily activities and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' functional abilities and limitations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
  • Implement treatment plans through activities and exercises to improve clients' strength, mobility, and coordination
  • Recommend and provide assistive devices and adaptive equipment to support clients' independence in daily activities
  • Educate clients and their families on strategies to improve and maintain their functional abilities
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients

Requirements:

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Valid state license to practice Occupational Therapy
  • Experience working with individuals with a variety of conditions and needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
