MLee Healthcare is partnering with a reputable healthcare system to recruit a dedicated full-time, permanent, direct-hire Registered Nurse (RN). This critical role involves delivering high-quality patient care, adhering to prescribed medical plans, and supporting the efficient operation of the department. The position offers $7,500 in relocation assistance to eligible candidates.

Essential Functions:

• Patient Care: Deliver appropriate nursing interventions in alignment with the Plan of Care and established standards of practice, incorporating the physician's prescribed medical care plans.
• Acute Care Setting: Provide care in an acute care hospital setting.
• Hourly Rounds: Perform hourly rounds using service excellence standards to ensure patient well-being and satisfaction.
• Environment: Create a caring and respectful environment for all patients, families, and visitors, demonstrating compassion in every interaction.
• Safety Equipment: Utilize appropriate health and safety equipment to protect both patients and staff members.
• Department Performance: Contribute to the efficient daily performance of the department, including serving as a charge nurse when assigned. (Advanced Resuscitative Certification is required for those serving in a Charge Nurse or Patient Care Supervisor position.)

RN - Medical / Surgical Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nursing License verified by the South Carolina LLR.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required for all nurses.
• Advanced Resuscitative Certification required if serving in a Charge Nurse or Patient Care Supervisor role.
