Job Description

• Craft Individualized Therapy Plans: Assess patient needs and formulate tailored treatment strategies to assist them in reaching their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Strategies: Apply evidence-based approaches to enhance patients’ motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living tasks
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide thorough, holistic care
• Guide Patients and Caregivers: Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques to encourage ongoing recovery at home
• Track and Record Progress: Monitor clinical results and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients remain on their path to success

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Commitment to continuing education or obtaining post-graduate certifications is encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification is mandatory
