Job Responsibilities:

• Assist residents/patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
• Assist in the mobility and transfer of residents/patients, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Help residents/patients with meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure accurate documentation of care provided.

Qualifications:

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in NC.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
