Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive health services for individuals and families, addressing care from children through to seniors.
• Effectively manage chronic illnesses, promote preventive care, and address acute medical concerns with a patient-centered philosophy.
• Perform physical evaluations, analyze diagnostic results, and create tailored treatment strategies.
• Work alongside care coordinators, mental health experts, and specialists for a comprehensive care approach.
• Engage in quality enhancement initiatives aimed at improving patient care outcomes and workflow efficiency.
• Maintain precise, current patient records using electronic medical records (EMR) technology.
• Provide both in-person and virtual consultations to best meet patient needs.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
• Successful completion of a certified Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for (or already possess) a valid North Carolina medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
