Description – Your Role Awaits

• Conduct a range of routine and advanced clinical laboratory evaluations—encompassing chemistry, hematology, immunology, and much more—while following clinical protocols with excellence.
• Evaluate results meticulously for accuracy, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and perform regular maintenance and calibration on essential lab equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and expertly prepare samples for necessary testing.
• Thoroughly document all processes, guide new team members or interns, and contribute to maintaining elevated lab quality standards.
• Ensure a safe, orderly work setting while adhering to relevant regulations and accreditation criteria.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an appropriate allied health degree, with ASCP or AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Certification from ASCP or AMT in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is required within one year of your start date.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure with us.
