MLR are looking for an experienced and compassionate Emergency Department Nurse to join us. In this role, you will deliver outstanding care to patients facing medical and traumatic emergencies, collaborate closely with a team of healthcare professionals, and ensure our patients receive the highest standard of care.
Summary
- Perform initial assessments, triage, and treatment of patients with medical and traumatic emergencies
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, and provide patient education
- Collaborate with physicians, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans and ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Utilize critical thinking and decision-making skills to assess patient needs and adjust care plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of Montana
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, ENPC, and TNCC certifications required
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize patient care needs
