Registered Nurse in Med/Surg - Full-Time

Positions Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and patient-centered care to individuals in the Med/Surg department.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.
• Conducted patient assessments, developed care plans, and implemented appropriate nursing interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans to improve recovery and well-being.
• Educate patients and families on health management and recovery processes.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for patients, ensuring comfort and compliance with safety regulations.

Position Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (RN)
• Preferred experience in Med/Surg, but not mandatory
• Current Montana RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications to be obtained within six months of hire
• BSN or ASN required
