Role Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• National Board for Respiratory Care credentials.
• Montana Respiratory Therapist license.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in respiratory care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess cardio-pulmonary function, providing adjustments to treatment as necessary.
• Collaborate with charge nurses and physicians to deliver consistent, high-quality care and support quality improvement efforts.
• Administer evidence-based respiratory therapies under physician guidance, adapting care as patient needs evolve.
• Develop and evaluate patient care plans that prioritize individual needs and optimal outcomes.
• Manage treatments and medications, maintaining detailed and accurate documentation of patient progress.
