Role Qualifications:
- Active RN license (or ability to obtain) in Montana.
- Acute care experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Position Responsibilities:
- Direct patient care in acute care, monitoring and assessing patient conditions.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to all safety and compliance protocols.
- Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
