Emergency Room Registered Nurse - Full Time

MLR has been asked by one of our regional clients to recruit Emergency Department Nurses for their growing team. We are currently looking for a skilled and compassionate Emergency Department Nurse for a hospital near Billings. In this role, you will provide exceptional care to patients facing medical and traumatic emergencies, work closely with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, and help ensure that patients receive the highest standard of care.

Summary 

• Perform initial assessments, triage, and treatment of patients with medical and traumatic emergencies
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, and provide patient education
• Collaborate with physicians, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans and ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize critical thinking and decision-making skills to assess patient needs and adjust care plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of Montana
• Experience in an emergency department or critical care setting preferred
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, ENPC, and TNCC certifications required
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize patient care needs
