Positions Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Emergency Department team.
• Oversee department operations, staffing, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
• Serve as a mentor and resource for staff, fostering professional development.
• Collaborate with other departments to align goals and initiatives.

Role Qualifications

• A BSN, MSN, or an equivalent degree is required.
• RN license in Montana or compact state equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in emergency nursing with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills.
