We are seeking a committed Medical Technologist to become part of our innovative hospital team. In this role, you will perform various clinical laboratory tests and procedures to provide accurate and timely diagnostic information to healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage clinical research studies, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Assess and monitor patients participating in research trials, collecting and documenting data accurately.
- Educate patients about study procedures, eligibility criteria, and potential risks and benefits.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including investigators and research coordinators, to facilitate smooth study operations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to study progress and patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Montana.
- Experience in clinical research or related nursing experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
