Registered Nurse – Psychiatry

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Psychiatry team. In this important role, you will conduct thorough mental health assessments, monitor patient conditions, and administer medications with precision and empathy. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you’ll collaborate to develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs. You’ll also educate patients and their families about mental health issues and treatment options while ensuring accurate and compliant documentation. Providing support during crises and utilizing effective de-escalation techniques will be key aspects of your role, all while contributing to initiatives that aim to improve patient care and outcomes.

• Certification in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI)
• Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse certification is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred; Associate's degree in Nursing considered
• Active RN license in Montana
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
