Key Responsibilities:

• Hold an active RN license in Montana.
• Previous ICU or critical care experience is preferred.
• Maintain BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and the healthcare team to develop personalized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options and post-care procedures.
• Deliver exceptional care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Continuously monitor and assess patient conditions, responding swiftly to any changes.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures with accuracy and care.
• BSN required; ASN will be considered.
