Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Manage and mentor lab staff for high performance and growth.
- Compliance: Ensure all practices meet OSHA, CLIA, HIPAA, and other regulations.
- Efficiency: Develop and implement streamlined lab operations.
- Quality Control: Oversee quality assurance programs, including audits and inspections.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field.
- Current Montana licensure/certification.
- 2+ years of lab management experience, including staff supervision and regulatory compliance.

- Knowledge of lab equipment, testing methods, and quality control.
- Familiarity with lab information systems and electronic medical records.
Experience with lab accreditation and inspection processes.
