Speech-Language Pathologist – Inpatient & Outpatient

We seek a versatile and compassionate SLP to provide high-quality therapy services in inpatient, acute care, outpatient, home health, and pediatric settings. This unique role allows you to work with a diverse patient population, from children with developmental speech delays to adults recovering from neurological conditions, all while making a meaningful impact across multiple care environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in pediatric and adult patients across various care settings.
  • Develop individualized therapy plans to improve communication, swallowing function, and cognitive-linguistic abilities.
  • Provide pediatric therapy for children with developmental delays and speech-language disorders.
  • Deliver adult therapy for patients recovering from stroke, traumatic brain injury (TBI), or neurological conditions.
  • Offer home health therapy to patients requiring treatment in their environment.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and long-term strategies for success.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
  • Adjust treatment plans as needed based on patient progress and changing needs.

 

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
  • Experience with both adult and pediatric populations preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to different therapy settings and patient needs.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
