Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate, skilled nursing care to pediatric patients, including thorough assessments, treatments, and follow-up.
- Safely administer medications and vaccines as prescribed.
- Educate families on medical conditions, treatment protocols, and preventive care.
- Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless and comprehensive care.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, upholding quality care and regulatory standards.
Role Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate’s Degree (ASN) considered.
- Successful completion of the NCLEX-RN.
- Current Montana RN license required.
- BLS, PALS, and CPN certifications to be completed within six months of hire.
