PHARMACY DIRECTOR
Hospital based position


We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Director to lead our pharmacy team and manage all aspects of our pharmacy operations. The ideal candidate will have a PharmD or equivalent degree, a minimum of 5 years of experience in a pharmacy leadership role, and a strong understanding of pharmacy laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Manage the budget and financial performance of the pharmacy
  • Hire, train, and supervise pharmacy staff
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes
  • Ensure the safe and effective use of medications
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medication records
  • Stay current with new developments in pharmacy practice and technology

Qualifications:

  • PharmD or equivalent degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pharmacy leadership role
