ASCP MLT What You’ll Do:

• Perform Testing: Analyze blood, body fluids, and tissue using modern lab methods
• Maintain Equipment: Operate and troubleshoot lab instruments for accurate results
• Support Providers: Collaborate on diagnostics and patient care
• Ensure Quality: Follow QA/QC protocols and stay compliant with regulatory standards

ASCP MLT Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Clinical/Medical Lab Technology or related field
• MLT Certification (ASCP, AMT, or eligible)
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
