What You'll Do:

Deliver Patient Care:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with diverse medical needs
  • Perform assessments, administer medications, and carry out medical procedures
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans for each patient

Monitor Patient Progress:

  • Continuously observe and document patients' conditions, making timely adjustments to care plans as needed
  • Ensure patients' safety and comfort while responding to any changes in their health status

Patient Education:

  • Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and recovery plans
  • Guide patients in self-care, healthy lifestyle changes, and post-discharge plans

Collaborate with Healthcare Teams:

  • Work alongside doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, holistic care
  • Participate in daily rounds, provide updates on patient progress, and contribute to care coordination

Ensure High Standards of Care:

  • Adhere to best practices and hospital policies to maintain patient safety and comfort
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and guidelines, including HIPAA

Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
  • Previous experience in a hospital setting is preferred but not required
  • Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
