What You’ll Do

Diagnostic Testing & Analysis

  • Perform a full range of laboratory tests on blood, tissue, and body fluids using modern clinical techniques.

Equipment Operation & Maintenance

  • Operate, calibrate, and maintain advanced laboratory instruments to ensure accurate, reliable results.

Clinical Collaboration & Interpretation

  • Interpret and report results, working closely with physicians to support timely and effective patient care.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Adhere to CLIA, CAP, and other regulatory standards through routine quality control, audits, and documentation.

Mentorship & Team Culture

  • Support and mentor lab technicians while fostering a culture of safety, learning, and teamwork.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.

Certification:

  • ASCP certification (MLS, CLS, or MT) or equivalent (e.g., AMT).
  • New grads eligible for certification are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of lab procedures, equipment, and safety practices
  • Proficiency with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership or mentorship experience is a plus
